I know exactly how it feels to be one of those women who doesn't jump up and down or scream or whatever over exciting news, etc. My husband and I always joke that I wasn't excited when he proposed to me, because I said yes in a nice tone and with a happy smile, but I wasn't freaking out. I knew we were going to get married and I knew he was who I wanted to be with. I'm just not the "go crazy" type of girl either. I could tell you were excited...surprised of course...and excited. :-D
I could tell you were excited when you took the test you could just tell by the way you acted you had that nervous excited voice. Not everyone jumps up and down screaming when there is excited news but you could absolutely tell you were happy about the great baby news!! If they watched your video's they would have known better

I don't know you but I love to watch your videos and all of your stories about other times in your life make me want to cry. If you do, she sure will have a lot of protection from her big brothers and I feel sorry for anyone who breaks her heart, because she is definitely going to have some back up on her part! When I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter I was extremely ill and uncomfortable....and I had someone say to me ...well be glad you can have kids with no problem.......and the sad part is I was over the moon and sad I couldn't enjoy it like with my first pregnancy! Loose lips sink ships! People are just ugly these days! Congrats to you and pink dust your way! But blue would beddy just as good tooooo! Children are blessings!

I'm very sorry you were hurt by the comment (I didn't see it, just going by how you've described it). I've watched your videos for awhile now and it didn't strike me AT ALL that you were nonchalant about your pregnancy in the announcement video. I did think that you probably knew beforehand; that seemed apparent to me.
I want you to know that i have had 8 miscarriages, and there are people who i cant be around when they are pregnant. You are NOT one of them, i have always felt like you understand that pregnancy is not easy for everyone. Never once did i feel like you were taking for-granted the the gift you have been given. How rude! That's so stupid you clearly love your children, and I mean what did she want you to do. Scream at the top of your lungs and run around like a wild woman. You could tell from your video that you were excited. When I found out I was pregnant w/ my second I didnt cry or nothing, I actually couldnt believe I got pregnant to fast, it only took a month w/ my first it took 8months to concieve. P.s i suffer from infertility also. I know how hard it is to hear some announcements sometimes. I hate how bitter i've become after trying for almost 9 years for another child. I hate who infertility has helped me become. I'm so sad for those who have suffered the heartache and hurt of a loss and for infertility. Our time will come ladies. I am jealous, yes i cannot say that i'm not. But i'm happy for you.

I'm sorry that commenter has trouble conceiving, and I'm sure that it can take you to dark places (maybe just temporarily). Hopefully she won't stay this bitter and can find positivity again. To dissect somebody's reaction like that.. "monotone voice"?! Reminds me of a video I recently watched where the girl was being accused by a commenter of having "short eyelashes". Like, seriously?? Sorry her comment hurt you so much. I think people are to "Hollywood-ized" and always expect crazy crying etc.
Not to mention that you have delt with loss yourself. It's not like you dont know what a blessing a baby is. I too had a miscarriage when I was ten weeks pregnant before I got pregnant with my son and I delivered twins in their sack at home in my bathroom and had to hand them over to a doctor to pick apart for a diagnosis. So, I know what a blessing a baby is but we all show our gratitude differently. I know my body well too and would probably be just like that days after knowing.
Most people dont jump up and down days after they already know and some people are just more calm and excepting of what happens. For instance, you said before that you weren't ready to stop having babies and so I'm sure it was just a feeling of exceptance when you figured it out. You know?

It really upset me to see that that comment upset you! I have to say, i have copped so many rude comments from ladies with infertility and i have found so many (not ALL, but a great deal...) are very bitter towards people who dont have infertility... I can definately understand how it can bring so much pain to a person and over a long period of time it can turn into a very angry, bitter person but to take it out on others just is not on!!! A few comments have gotten to me too but i guess all you can do is shrug it off- your beautiful in every way :)

What they said is true being they are dealing with infertility. People who deal with infertility do in my opinion tend to be more overwhelmed with exitement. Years of ttc, ivf,treatments tend to make u value seeing two lines on a test. Not justifying her actions we have to all be in support of each other.
at think at the time she may have felt a little envy, but people need to understand that all things happen when they are supposed to happen, and not when we request them...I think she is on the verge of being bitter, but she just needs to backtrack, and be happy for you...she could be harming her chances of conceiving by harboring jealousy...hope she gets pregnant and have a healthy baby...and CONGRATZ to you...btw!

Everyone who has seen how much time you have put into sharing your pregnancies, and family here on Youtube, knew right away that you were excited, and you shouldn't even get angry at such a comment...I saw the comment when it first posted and I really just felt sympathy for this person. I have four sons as well, and I adore my family....but at the same time, my husband and I have been having problems conceiving after a very scary miscarriage, so I can relate to both of your feelings.continues...

This upsets me so much!! I was at a funeral today for my husbands cousin whose baby was delivered at 7 months and not alive. I am so heart broken that anyone could make any type of negative comment at all. I am a firm believer of what goes around comes around! Bless you and yours. I am commenting a 2nd time after having time to watch the entire video. I also know my body. Even though it was only my 2nd pregnant I told my husband 11 days before i took a test that I was pregnant. I knew for sure the 2days prior to taking the test so I was not all excited after taking it. I knew already it was just a confirmation. I completely understand and support you.

I struggled with infertility as well and when I finally got pregnant I lost one of my twins. I can totally understand someone getting upset by other people who take getting pregnant for granted but you are totally NOT that way! I have been watching your videos for a while and you clearly love all your boys and you love being pregnant! I wouldn't let those people get into your head because you are fabulous!!
My thing is, I've been watching you since Around Gray's birth, I "know" you and how you act, and even if I didn't, You could still detect a happiness emitting from you. We were TTC for 3 years after a quick (one try) conception of our daughter 4 years ago. After 3 years of trying I still didnt cry or jump around. We were happy and excited but i reacted the same way as you. If we were to find out we were pregnant again (son is almost 4 months) then i would still react the same way. Some people show their reactions differently. So happy for your newest arrival. Praying for you and your family :)
I'm so sorry you had to deal with that :( it breaks my heart too, that someone else would deal with their pain by causing pain to others. It really hurt my feelings when I uploaded my parent's reactions and people said they were so upset because they weren't jumping up and down. People express emotions differently and they just aren't the crying type either. hugs!!

I have had fertility issues, and I have people in my own family who are VERY non-chalant about their pregnancies, but it is quite easy to tell that you are NOT one of those people! You clearly love pregnancy and each of your children dearly. Everyone reacts in their own way!

I've had a lot of people tell me to stop having children, and instead of congratulations I got "Get your tubes tide already" -__- I also welcome different opinions, but be tactful. This woman is clearly hurting, and took that bitterness out on you. I'm sorry for that, love. I'm not a jump up and down, screaming, and cheering type of person, so I understand your reaction 150%.
Sorry that person ruined your day. I think that person is probably just very affected with their struggles, but, that is no reason to be rude to you. As a viewer , you can just tell by the TITLE of the video that you are totally excited about the pregnancy. Hoperfull you can enjoy the rest of the pregnancy and not let rude comments get to you as much (it is hard, but, talking about it always helps).

I struggle with infertility!, anytime i hear someone is expecting my heart sinks a little lower. It's differnt when someone is jealous of there friend who worked and saved for a nice car but when someone has something you want and you Can't control it is devastating! However this moment isnt about that, its about you,your family and your blessing, this is wonderful and im so so so excited for you. You are beautiful inside out and a great mother. I reacted the same whay way when I found out this pregnancy (#3) I just new I was 5 days late and I had just stopped nursing 6 weeks before. I bought 1 test took it and wasn't shocked. We weren't really trying yet but are still as happy as can be. We are blessed to beable to get pregnant easily, but I shouldn't have to feel bad about that and niether should you! You are a wonderful person don't let some bitter person get you down!

If I recall correctly, I could hear kids yelling in the background. You're a mom, a tornado could be tap dancing on your roof and all you'd have ears for is the kids. Jen I notice negetivity and thumbs down affects you alot. Can you just ignore them? There are always rude ppl and they come out in swarms on the internet. Everyone handles things differently. One person might act one way when presented with such great news, and another person might handle it completely differently. To me, it was obvious that you were kinda stunned to actually see the line, but you also seemed dreamy, like you were happy, but stunned no less. Congrats on sweet baby #5! I know exactly how it feels to be one of those women who doesn't jump up and down or scream or whatever over exciting news, etc. My husband and I always joke that I wasn't excited when he proposed to me, because I said yes in a nice tone and with a happy smile, but I wasn't freaking out. I knew we were going to get married and I knew he was who I wanted to be with. I'm just not the "go crazy" type of girl either. I could tell you were excited...surprised of course...and excited. :-D

I could tell you were excited when you took the test you could just tell by the way you acted you had that nervous excited voice. I want you to know that i have had 8 miscarriages, and there are people who i cant be around when they are pregnant. You are NOT one of them, i have always felt like you understand that pregnancy is not easy for everyone. Never once did i feel like you were taking for-granted the the gift you have been given. How rude! That's so stupid you clearly love your children, and I mean what did she want you to do. Scream at the top of your lungs and run around like a wild woman. You could tell from your video that you were excited. When I found out I was pregnant w/ my second I didnt cry or nothing, I actually couldnt believe I got pregnant to fast, it only took a month w/ my first it took 8months to concieve. Not to mention that you have delt with loss yourself. It's not like you dont know what a blessing a baby is. I too had a miscarriage when I was ten weeks pregnant before I got pregnant with my son and I delivered twins in their sack at home in my bathroom and had to hand them over to a doctor to pick apart for a diagnosis. So, I know what a blessing a baby is but we all show our gratitude differently. I know my body well too and would probably be just like that days after knowing.

I have to say, i have copped so many rude comments from ladies with infertility and i have found so many (not ALL, but a great deal...) are very bitter towards people who dont have infertility... I can definately understand how it can bring so much pain to a person and over a long period of time it can turn into a very angry, bitter person but to take it out on others just is not on!!! A few comments have gotten to me too but i guess all you can do is shrug it off- your beautiful in every way :)

As someone who suffers from infertility, it was not fair that she made it seem like you were ungrateful. I did not take it that way and I was overjoyed for you! Sometimes our infertility community can be so negative towards others and I feel bad for them. It's not the way life should be. You shouldn't be rude because you're hurting. I am so sorry! What they said is true being they are dealing with infertility. People who deal with infertility do in my opinion tend to be more overwhelmed with exitement. Years of ttc, ivf,treatments tend to make u value seeing two lines on a test. Not justifying her actions we have to all be in support of each other.

Girl I know exactly how you feel! Its so hard NOT to let crap like that get to you. This former friend on twitter randomly said (and I quote) "Ugh gag me with a spoon! Ppl make me sick!" literally 3 minutes after I announced my pregnancy & ppl were congratulating me. I was pissed for days! This upsets me so much!! I was at a funeral today for my husbands cousin whose baby was delivered at 7 months and not alive. I am so heart broken that anyone could make any type of negative comment at all. I am a firm believer of what goes around comes around! Bless you and yours. I am commenting a 2nd time after having time to watch the entire video. I also know my body. Even though it was only my 2nd pregnant I told my husband 11 days before i took a test that I was pregnant. I knew for sure the 2days prior to taking the test so I was not all excited after taking it. I knew already it was just a confirmation. I completely understand and support you.

I struggled with infertility as well and when I finally got pregnant I lost one of my twins. I can totally understand someone getting upset by other people who take getting pregnant for granted but you are totally NOT that way! My thing is, I've been watching you since Around Gray's birth, I "know" you and how you act, and even if I didn't, You could still detect a happiness emitting from you. We were TTC for 3 years after a quick (one try) conception of our daughter 4 years ago. After 3 years of trying I still didnt cry or jump around. We were happy and excited but i reacted the same way as you. If we were to find out we were pregnant again (son is almost 4 months) then i would still react the same way. Some people show their reactions differently. So happy for your newest arrival. Praying for you and your family :)

It really hurt my feelings when I uploaded my parent's reactions and people said they were so upset because they weren't jumping up and down. I am so excited for you and this pregnancy! I have had fertility issues, and I have people in my own family who are VERY non-chalant about their pregnancies, but it is quite easy to tell that you are NOT one of those people! You clearly love pregnancy and each of your children dearly. Everyone reacts in their own way!

Sorry that person ruined your day. I think that person is probably just very affected with their struggles, but, that is no reason to be rude to you. As a viewer , you can just tell by the TITLE of the video that you are totally excited about the pregnancy. Hoperfull you can enjoy the rest of the pregnancy and not let rude comments get to you as much (it is hard, but, talking about it always helps).

The reason that i disliked this video, is because you had to do this. People don't understand that pregnancy is SUPER hard, no matter how many kids you have. Negative people do NOT deserve the time of day. I struggle with infertility!, anytime i hear someone is expecting my heart sinks a little lower. It's differnt when someone is jealous of there friend who worked and saved for a nice car but when someone has something you want and you Can't control it is devastating! However this moment isnt about that, its about you,your family and your blessing, this is wonderful and im so so so excited for you. You are beautiful inside out and a great mother. I reacted the same whay way when I found out this pregnancy (#3) I just new I was 5 days late and I had just stopped nursing 6 weeks before. I bought 1 test took it and wasn't shocked. We weren't really trying yet but are still as happy as can be. We are blessed to beable to get pregnant easily, but I shouldn't have to feel bad about that and niether should you! You are a wonderful person don't let some bitter person get you down!

If I recall correctly, I could hear kids yelling in the background. You're a mom, a tornado could be tap dancing on your roof and all you'd have ears for is the kids. You were obviously just a BIT distracted listening to hear if any of them needed you. I'm sure the real excitement happened when you started telling people.

Simply because they are hidden behind an anonymous face with no repercussions for their actions or words. Everyone handles things differently. One person might act one way when presented with such great news, and another person might handle it completely differently. To me, it was obvious that you were kinda stunned to actually see the line, but you also seemed dreamy, like you were happy, but stunned no less. Congrats on sweet baby #5! Don't waste another minute on someone else's negativity. Decide now that you are going to get as much happiness out of this pregnancy as humanly possible!
