  • He did it lets get real here. He was known as a criminal and he was an abuser. He does not deserve to be free. He is in there for a reason!!! I hope he rots in hell for what hes done to not just that woman but many other people!!

  • I will post this on my web site THE RAW TRUTH as an American Sees it.

    Let him go!

  • That's too bad, because you made me think of saying 'that's too bad.' :D

  • the police and Autopsy report state the opinion that she fought for her life, yet no evidence Raby was there, ie blood evidence or scratches on Raby, and the DNA under her fingernails was not that of anyone she had contact with or Raby's, can you really believe that he was such a perfect murderer that not only did he not leave his DNA? but planted someone elses?

  • dna works glad to see that an innocent man didnt get killed

  • @holocaustik not been killed yet! The district attorney still says he was such a perfect murderer that he left no evidence

  • @holocaustik The woman weighed 70 lbs and was very frail. She could not put up much of a fight. I do not support the death penalty, nor to a support a man who is guilty as sin and won't accept responsibility for it. It hurts the truly inoccent ones. Have no doubt this man is guilty. He eagerly raped a woman in her 70's and slit her throat. He should never be allowed to walk in society again.

  • @1965JLO why are you so sure he did it ?

  • @SoCalxHeartbreaker yeah 1965JLO, why are you so sure he did it?

  • @1965JLO in a personal message you tell me of pen friends on the row who share with you his admissions of guilt, suspect that "they" are telling you the truth? I can only say this, the victim was NOT raped, see autopsy report on website, the victim did fight for her life and had foreign dna under her fingernails, again see the autopsy report, this evidence is quite often used to convict, but suspect when used to exonerate. I would love you to answer here why you are so convinced he did it?

  • I am a strong supporter of the death penalty. Always will be. I am also normally skeptical of criminal propaganda. Nonetheless, if this is true and the DNA does not match, then this dude should either be set free or at the very least given a new trial. Good Grief. (I am taking this face value)

  • @bthedirtydog don't believe me or take anything at face value, in fact I prefer that people look at it with some skepticism, I want the evidence to speak for this mans freedom, not me!

  • WHAT!!

    this is just crazy!

    free him!
