I went to Munich a few years ago and LOVED it, by far my favorite place in Germany. My favorite thing about it is the history that's literally everywhere you go. I went on a walking tour that featured the historical places that involved Hitler, which would seem a bit weird, but it was truly a great experience! Like did you know that the Hofbrauhaus (which is sooo awesome!) has swastikas on the ceiling? The Nazi party had meetings in the upstairs!

yep we germans are really nice !  datev is a tax and salary programm to handle all the stuff as an employer. pretty much every company uses it!

and when you go to a restaurant you can chose where you want to sit. you dont have to wait for a waiter to give you a table :D

The river surfing in Munich is actually very very dangerous and people have died there....so I would not recommend doing it.....but it is also fun. You can even go swimming there to.

@ThatLonelyLoner surfing in the eisbach (name of that river, means "ice river") was illegal. however, the city of Munich bought the territory (which was previously property of the country Bavaria) and made it legal to surf in the river. swimming/bathing is still prohibited, but nobody cares if you go in there .. so it's unofficially legal :)

Datev, Munich is my hometown, I'm so glad that you liked it, unfortunately this summer is kind of crappy here but in winter it usually has around 23° Fahrenheit so thats still pretty warm ^^
