Let's just suppose Sting would come to WWE before he retires. Would he just use this as his theme, or maybe a remix of it, or get a new theme altogether? It's hard to say because WWE owns WCW, but they don't use many WCW themes. There have been exceptions in the NWO and Booker T themes, but I wonder what would happen with Sting, should it happen.
@sgauden02 I remember quite a few WCW themes being used in WWE since the 2001 buyout. Flair's theme was one, Goldberg used his old WCW theme once or twice before switching to a new version, Chavo used his and Eddie's old WCW theme for most of his WWE run, Ernest Miller as well before switching to the theme we now see Brodus Clay use, Buff Bagwell used his old theme before he was released, Shawn Stasiak used his WCW theme during the Invasion angle, and that's all I can remember.

really?...if you're talking WCW's prime, lets say around 1997 to 1999, they were bringing in usually 4 ratings and broke 5.0 10 times. they broke 6.0 once....WWF?...from 1997-1999 broke 5.0 29 times and broke 6.0 26 times and continued to do so in 2000.

sting would fit perfect into the attitude era of wwf, but not in the wwe and how it is today. sting made the right decision to stay away from wwe. cause today, wwe just sucks.
Sting should have a one-night-only match in WWE. Mainly versus the Undertaker at Wrestlemania for the streak. That would be the only acceptable thing for someone of Sting's caliber to do in WWE, since that promotion went downhill.
The world needs a Sting, hanging about silently in the rafters, then zooming down and kicking ass, striking fear into the black hearts of the bad peoples.
God, this was so creepy back in the late 90's. Fit the evolution of the character perfectly, an enigma, a dark, secluded warrior coming back to rescue the WCW from the stranglhold "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan had from 1996-1997 (He DID lose the belt to Lex Luger in August 1997 the week before WCW Road Wild on Monday Nitro; Won it back at the Pay-Per-View that I aforementioned, however Hogan was on top, Sting came & brought "rightousness" back to the company) GREAT TIMES IN PRO-WRESTLING.

You know what I really liked about this theme? The way it was used at Starrcade 1997, with the lightning strikes in the background. I wish he would've used that mix of the song. imo it added more power to an already great theme song

Sting should have a one-night-only match in WWE. Mainly versus the Undertaker at Wrestlemania for the streak. That would be the only acceptable thing for someone of Sting's caliber to do in WWE, since that promotion went downhill.

God, this was so creepy back in the late 90's. Fit the evolution of the character perfectly, an enigma, a dark, secluded warrior coming back to rescue the WCW from the stranglhold "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan had from 1996-1997 (He DID lose the belt to Lex Luger in August 1997 the week before WCW Road Wild on Monday Nitro; Won it back at the Pay-Per-View that I aforementioned, however Hogan was on top, Sting came & brought "rightousness" back to the company) GREAT TIMES IN PRO-WRESTLING.

the WWE would've ruined him just like they did every other major WCW star. Scott Steiner, Goldberg, Booker T, the nWo, Billy Kidman, Juventud. All got treated terribly.
Only a couple of WCW stars were successful (Jericho, Mysterio, Benoit, Guerrero). And I still think the WWE ruined Big Show. He was a bigger force in WCW as the Giant.
Fuck McMahon, he pissed on WCW and ruined what could've been the greatest story arch in the history of wrestling, WCW vs. WWE in the same ring.

Last I checked, this was a video featuring STING'S theme. So if you're going to come on this page and say that you think another theme is better, then expect criticism.
And btw... "FAIL" is in the eyes of the beholder. I know these people who read my comment and they all thought it was hilarious.

I love it, I miss the electricity when Sting would kick everyones ass coming into the ring, fans would be screaming on their feet nobody helped him. It reminds me of Frank Castle in The Punisher me against the world mentality.

You know what I really liked about this theme? The way it was used at Starrcade 1997, with the lightning strikes in the background. I wish he would've used that mix of the song. imo it added more power to an already great theme song
