I have to admit that I first knew Mr. Khil as Trololo Man, but after discovering his other works, I can say that this man is truly someone to learn from when it comes to music. I know that this has been said already, but Eduard Khil really puts his heart in his songs, and he is not afraid to show. A real professionist, and truly a man among the men.

@TraumaSwitch you'll do well to remember that Eduard Khil is a classically trained musician (graduate of the St. Petersburg conservatory) - from that, he has learned vocal control, delivery and musicality. Not only that but he spent many years as a vocal teacher, so he indeed is a true professional. The fact that his popularity in the West owes to the vocalise you know as "Trololo song" does not diminish this fact.
