When you start a new playlist in multiplayer, the bonus wheel spins and lands on a prize. Very rarely, it will be a car. And even then, to get the car you still have to place in whatever position range it tells you in playlist. So I guess just play a bunch of multiplayer until you get lucky.

To turn on the lights on it u need to be on Chicago and press triangle on the PS3 Y on the Xbox 360 it works I tried it have fun!!!!

How did you get the lights to work? I remember the E3 demo had lights for the Chicago level. But when I played it (PS3) it didn't have lights. I haven't gotten this black Police Interceptor. But the Chicago Police Interceptor I don't know how to get it's lights.

woooow the online is hell of alot more smoother than the xbox 360, if some hits a pedestrians side mirror itll sway all over the road in a lag like manor and flyinto the air and land ontop of u and when u respawn ull see a racer pass u, plow into the same pedestrian and still keep going and that pedestrian will yet again crash into you
