"Snakes in Suits" is another great book about the effects psychopaths have on people, and is a great explanation of how pathologicals rise up through the ranks of corporations by lying and spellbinding people.
Thanks for putting this up. It is a tough read but an important one. I'm still a 100 pages short, trying to gain momentum to do the last bit, so this was a welcome booster and summary.
