removing plasti dip impression

I guess it is difficult to get those crisp and true profiled edges to form a good mold when you do it the wrong way ;-) Did you try any other methods for the mold release agents other than the laqquer? Maybe you could try to compromise a little with the crispyness, and try to paint the surface with some oil paints for easier release. Food oils, accelerator, heat, thicker composition..hmm. Anyway, Failing is just the first step towards a win :-)

@mybluebelly Lol good post. it was a nice fail. I started using caster oil and alcohol as a release agent and the laquer was a bad idea. The laquer builds up after a while and comes off in chunks and makes it turn out sloppy.

You might try using a simple mold release like WD40.
