Every Crisis is an Opportunity? Taxes always depend upon government spending. The banks that were bailed out have been providing weapons to multiple sides of a conflict so that a final solution will be justified.  Mark my words. If you declare war on a nation because they may soon pose a threat to America, that declaration justifies anything they do in the future.
