Absolutly correct, GLOBALLY a few million a year..might not be that big a deal.. BUT..spend that few million each year on our failing EDUCATION SYSTEM, and you will save a few trillion dollars in welfare, and related costs of poverty, and potential crime. The G20 countries are turning themselves into a social black hole, bigger than CERN ever will because of your irresponsable backwards socioeconomic policies!! you better look at the long term big picture......"BOY"...
I would love to call the cops.. However..the police force as well as Teachers , firefighters, and other much needed public servants that the world needs to operate,,are being laid off and standing in unemployment lines. because of lack of funds.... If we cant afford to pay teachers in a failing education system first, who's going to teach the next generation to use all this wonderful technology??
wow...the single mom who's dirtbag husband beat her up in the apartment next to us...really will benifit from this. great way to spend the financial resourses of the planet.
7 billion dollars is NOT a lot of money globally. The iraq war has cost over 1 TRILLION dollars so far, Bush's first 'stimulus' package was some 700-800 billion dollars, and obama's proposed package is about the same.
7 billion dollars spread over 33 countries, over more then 25 years, is only a few million a year, which has absolutely no impact, whatsoever, on a G20 nation's GDP.
You've got some learnin to do regarding socioeconomic policy boy
crap mini black holes lasting nano seconds,,, the earth obviously didnt explode and if anything it would have imploded so you ll have to go off and find another bullshit conspiracy theory .. hey ive heard apollo 11 didnt actually go to the moon!!!!
Wow you just googled some shit and then pretended you were smart didnt you?
First off do you know how LITTLE a TeV is? Its about the energy an insect uses to fly for 1 second
wtf is a 'hyper bomb', I think you mean a SUPERNOVA. That would be the event wherein a star many millions of times larger then our tiny sun (which is still billions of times larger then earth) explodes, no human could ever generate the energy of a supernova, without actually inducing a star to supernova.

Big-bangers must be thrown out of Universities. They want to test their marasmic BB theory, and to torch the particle of God, but that lead us into the trap of Devil.
We think we're so evolved. We look for the meaning of life and use vast energy and finances in the search, ..all while we turn a blind eye to where that same energy and finance could actually make a fucking difference -- not so ironically, ... in life itself. I hope it does create a black hole, ..because sometimes, I think we just plain deserve it.

This will open up some eyes if it hasn't already. You should search Nostradamus: Century 9 Quatrain 44. Read what it says. contre means "anti" in old French. Ray or Poz means "light" OR another word for Christ. So of this wording we get Anti Christ. Basic meaning from what i gather is a portal that opens up the gates of "Hell" or a "pit". Abadon is another word you will find in your research. The Dead Sea Scrolls talked about this also to some extent.
It has chance of ending the world but only if the phsycis are wrong,also if we survive, human kind has to build physics from beginning,that means it will cost MUCH more then building this CMS.
It has a possibility of ending the world only because in science you have to acceot that everything is a possibility. Nothing is impossible. But is the LHC powerful enough to threaten the earth? No.

not to make this... nvm they already built it. i mean i want them to not use this machine. i'm shocked nobody of great power has stoped them. they risk is too great.
Thousands of experts have shown thier support for this, so for someone of 'great power' to stop them would be completely unjustified. The US actually watned to build a bigger collider under Reagan, but it was stopped because the scientists at the time didn't sell the idea as well as they needed. The Soviets were also going to build one, but the SU broke up.
The delays, if anyones interested, occured in March (2007) where one of the 3 quadropole inner-triplet focussing magnets (in point ('sector') 5) failed a high pressure test. The resulting asymetric force generated from this failure broke the support which holds the magnet in the cryostat. The chamber was flooded with liquid helium (2 kelvin)
The ENTIRE device at point 5 had to be dismantled and repaired as there was damage to all 3 magnets, and the electrical systems.
The day upon which some significant event will occur or has occurred, probably the term best known from the II world war's invasion of Normandy by the Allies (5th June 1944) ;) I've made a mistake, the "day" word should also start with a capital letter.
Did not know the word was used for other forms. I only know it being used once. That of course being WW2. OK. Very nice! Learn something new everyday. YOU rock!
And the first i'd say year of its operation will be devoted to diagnostics, calibrations, and enhancements (such as to the proton bundle), don't expect to really hear much of anything until 2009.
But at least its done, yay ... and 3 sectors are already at 2K !!! and another 3 being cooled (at about 40K right now). Poor sector 4-5 though :( damn accidents delaying things.
There will be MANY experiments, not just one. And no particle accelerator has ever blown anything up (except for protons etc. of course :P), though should I be wrong, and the CMS does blow up, I hope you are in its vicinity at the time, then there'd be one less dumbfuck prick around.
thanks for the great information.u seem to know a lot of this project.but i have a question to you ;are u not scared of this project?please give a little of your impression.thanks a lot again.
It is reasonable to consider this 50 some odd years of science, has caused or contributed to Haiti and the two volcanos. Think about it.

Collision energies and bombs:
Several eV chemical bomb;
Several MeV nuclear bomb;
Several TeV hyper bomb. (Example: SN 1987A)
Chemical bomb - change in chemical structure of matter.
Nuclear bomb - change in nuclear structure of matter.
Hyper bomb - transformation of matter into field mc^2 --- > LI^2.
Magnetic trap is 10^36 times stronger than black hole.
LHC propagandists must be arrested. Otherwise they will explode the Earth.
Stop Tevatron and LHC.

Commisioning will begin in June, LHC's website has a coordination schedule of powering and whatnot:
( h t t p : // lhc . web . cern . ch / lhc / or the direct link:
( h t tp : // foraz . web . cern . ch/ foraz / schedule.pdf }
If you want to know more detailed operation specifics, go to the LHC Operations page .. :
( h t t p : // lhc-operation . web . cern . ch / lhc-operation / default_ext . htm )
