this isnt strength.. the fact that he can bend his hands 130 degrees and the fact that he can bend his legs a lot, both combined, make this exercise very easy for him. (flexibility helps a lot in planches...)
@Rodrig0v the amount of strength and body tension required to do a planche is immense, you have to engage literally every muscle in your body. You wouldnt really know until you have tried to do a strait arm planche or maltese.
you want to focus really hard on your triceps, but not just your triceps
i personally do minimum 20 tricep pushups everyday, and i can hold like a 4 second max planche, it probably looks really sloppy too, and i can't even do a push up yet
@babyyoyoboy I've been doing 100 tricept focused push ups (Hands parallel to body and near the waist) everyday for a week now, at 750 push ups today, I'm 15 and I'm pretty jacked, and yet I can't even hold a tucked planche..
@Bboynub rodrig0v is right, but he didnt specify much. what he means is that if you keep doing normal tricep pushups, you will not increase your ability to do planche pushups, only your ability to do more tricep pushups. you have to add weight if you want to increase your strength (not stamina). try doing tricep pushups with weights on your back, or just wall planche pushups, and eventually you will be able to do planche pushups
