Her voice bears only the most cursory resemblance to Amy Winehouse's. Personally, I like Ms. Winehouse better, and her drug habits have nothing to do with the pure talent that girl possesses. I think Gin's voice is more similar to Mozella's mixed with a heavy dash of Macy Gray.
Gin is absolutely amazing. People should stop writing derogatory comments on this page. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but Gin and Amy are so extremely different, and therefore cannot be fairly compared. The sound track here is not doing her justice. i saw her in concert at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga, Ca , she was absolutely AMAZING. Her style is unique. She has so much soul. I love all her songs on her album .
