This is one song I can easily go on a trance....I have taken part in carrying milk pot on Thaipusam day in Singapore. Even though I am now settled in Canada, I try to go back to Singapore and Malaysia during Thaipusam. I am from Andhra, never lived in TN. The village I grew up had a Muthhumariyamma temple and every evening they played devotional songs in Tamil.
