I just loved the ending of this anime. When Light fell into chaos at the end, when his world of lies came crushing down he couldnt take it, when all his perfection lead to his imperfection. Such a PERFECT ending

He might have been suffering from other problems along with having no friends. Light's intentions were good at first, but killing L was kind of mean when you think of it. Plus, learn to spell.

She killed L for the sole reason of stopping him from finding out that Misa Misa was the Second Killa (It's killa by the way, japenese pronounce L's like R's). The only known way for a shinigami to die is for them to write a name of a human in their book for the purpose of saving someone else.
