@sdrop820 you have to learn all of the tricks required in the particular level then the coach would give you a test, if you pass then yay! Practically you have to master it before you have test though ... :(

The way he is teaching this is making it very difficult for the beginner. I have never been told to do a swizzle or bubble into the push, you just push with the inside edge, and eventually your pushes will have more power.

well, its kinda like stroking forward, you lift your leg up as well. So the backward is kind of a complementary to the forward =D
