actually at 0:44 the driver didn't do bad. Although inattentive to stopped traffic, he avoided a direct re-ender to the van, which could have been fatal, and had the vehicle stopped in 20 feet. But you can see his wheels were locked up and his front wheels, no counter steer.So it wasn't any talent on his part, just lucky.
