Aldebaran should be smaller than Rigel,Eta Carinae Nebula should be bigger than VY Canis Majoris, Betelgeuse should be bigger than V509 Cassiopeiae,Antares should be smaller than Betelgeuse!!!
The scale is roughly correct. 2800 times 1 SOL for the largest star known. And the rule for planets is a completely regular elliptical orbit and an origin as an original planetary accretion disc member. Pluto, as a captured moon is a "planetisimal" ("Planetoid" is close enough :P).
this stuff os freaking scary, i mean imagine how our sun look to it, microscopic, and theres probably stars out there that make majoris look like our star compared to it

Pluto is planet, only the scientists proclaim it as a planetoid becouse it is small...but it can not be planetoid becouse it is in sun system...it is planet!
Actually, the reason Pluto was 'demoted' was not because it is small. In fact having a mass large enough to produce a sphere due to gravity worked in its favour. The new classification states that in order to be a planet, the object must have almost entirely cleared its own orbit of debris. Pluto has not done this.
No matter how big the sun is or how bright and hot it is there will always be habitable region around it where the liquid water can exist if there is a planet or two in that region. Therefore, every sun is a potential solar system which can support life and there are literally billions in our galaxy alone. Its just mind boggling possibilities out there all we have to do is get out there and find out.
God created all. we are his loved creation.

1. It's not a planet, it's a star.
2. The natural processes in this star aer probably equal to about millions of billions of hydrogen bombs....so go ahead, soldier.

The scale shown is complete bullshit...unfortunately.
tmcons 3 years ago
Why? Because you say so?
How about your better scale for comparison?
And then an argument why your scale is better. That would actually help.
The *music* is very annoying tough.
There's a better version on Youtube.
