@schwarzfalk no, it isn't needed, a good guitarrist like im is capable of of playing that song alone, believe me, i also play guitar. In last case it can be an 12 strings guitar

@namytrebil that's because Greensleeves is meant for the guitar (it has never been played on piano because it's not meant for the piano)

@namytrebil i've seen more versions of this song on piano, and it always sounds really great. besides, this music was originally written for piano

@pokemanicguy ok actually I got it mixed up with another tune. Greensleeves is popular on both guitar & piano, however for some reason I was thinking of another old english tune called Carolan's Ramble to Cashel (this link: v=GFUrT0ildug )

for some reason this tune was always played on stringed instruments but has never been played on the piano

@schwarzfalk it is just because never someone arranged that song for piano... and it doesn't seems it is going to sound good... piano is a string instrument, but it is diferent of the other ones
