this spot is on chandler heights and in between alma school and arizona ave. When you hit the train tracks park in the south side of the road and it's right there. I was there yesterday, still there!!
@holywoodrider15 you have to walk past the little foundation with the banks on it. its more to the right of that, you'll see 2 more cement spots and thats where all the gaps are. i just went there yesterday and im about to go in an hour.
