  • The laws of physics state that you are a bloody retard!! Its a film you complete and utter twat!!! Things like that happen in films. Thats what makes them good. Nobody cares about your ranting on youtube, you bellend!! Its a film, they do stuff like that to keep you interested and on the edge of your seat and thats what you expect from a film. Plus why are you going on about it like it actually happened?!! Or do you think that an old man actual manged to clone Dinosaurs on an island somewhere!!!

  • @underking215 DAMN MAN calm down....jesus you act like you have sand in your vag or something. Anyways we're trying to have a competition here. please kindly remove yourself and get the fuck on

  • @underking215 yeah, but there is a certain degree of science backing up the notion of cloning dinosaurs, the best science fiction movies are the ones that tell a fictional story using real, or plausible information. The plane thing was not that. There is no animal that could be hit by a plane like that and live, and just like how in an action flick if a guy gets shot 10 times and lives you are gonna say "what the fuck?".

  • @underking215 oh, sorry, i thought you ware talking about the plane crash scene.

  • Also to also add, I do see the giant bars on the fence, but when you see the spino break through, you can clearly see that the bars had seen better days and that they were weakened due to corrosion. Those solid steel doors however were far to thick to have succumbed to that in only a few years of that envierment. EX: They have to remaster the entire brooklyn bridge once an year in order to stop it from coroding, and even then you can still see the wear on it.

  • I think the reaoson why he was not able to crash through the steel doors, but still get through was that he was using his body to crash throgh it where as in the door scene he was only able to aply his heads strenhth. Besides

Those fences are not that strong.

Have you seen JP 1 where t-rex first breaks through it himself? They are not that tough.

  • @BragoTHEgraviyKING yeah but this was a full cage with metal bars, not electric wiring.

  • another plot hole:

this film took place in site be and in the second film they said that there were NO FENCES

so why is there a big ass fence and a petranodon cage? AND WY THE FUCK IS THERE A BOAT AND A CRAIN IN THE ISLAND????

  • @Anacondas101 they said that because it didnt have electric fences ala jurassic park, there were obviously some fences to keep the dinosaurs in while they were raising them, all that stuff is abandoned from when they had to evacuate and leave site b after the hurricane or whatever ripped through it

  • @Anacondas101 Why the fuck did you spell "Site B" as, "Site Be", "pteranodon" as, "petranodon", "why" as "wy" and "crane" as "crain"? Not to mention that you have no correct grammar and only one correct punctuation, as well as using all capitals. I think sir/ma'am, that you aren't as smart as you think you are.

  • @SuperMeToTheRescue i dont have time to check my spelling,

  • @Anacondas101 Please educate yourself about things that matter, like writing etiquette, then educate yourself on the story of the movie. Hammond specifically said they bred the animals on "Site B", to which one could conclude that there would have to be some safety and transportation methods for the breeders.

  • am i the only one who knows that these two dinosaurs lived millions of years apart from each other. the fact that they would even have this fight doesnt even make sense.

  • @dfaucher777 Why doesn't it make sense for the movie? They were cloned.

  • This vid is bullshit, the only way i'd believe the t-rex would lose is if it fought a giganto or allo, not some lousy fisheater. That "sail" on it's back is nothing more than extension of it's backbone, hence it's name. So in reality, had that spino hit that tree like he did in real life, he'da either died at the base of the tree or been paralyzed, later to be killed off by rex. Either way this video is bogus and was constructed solely off a biased opinion, therefore this argument is invalid....

  • @laydbackni99a NO SIR! YOUR ARGUMENT IS INVALID! THE SPINOSARUS WOULD WIN BECAUSE IT KILLS RETARDS

  • @jbwell24 Whatever, i'm not going to argue with a little kid, two words for you, "bone structure"....T-rex was practically built for fighting. Studies show that T-rex "could" have been a scavenger, but you best believe when it did catch something it wasn't going anywhere. JP3 was HIGHLY exaggerated, but I don't expect a kid to know that anyway....

  • @laydbackni99a I was wrong....you are right but in the movie it was a younger T-rex that fought the spino which causes the spino to win..

  • @jbwell24 I appreciate your honesty, you will get very far in life with that attitude. Not many people can admit they're wrong and still be a good sport about it......Life is a learning experience, learn what you can from others and you use it to your benefit. You will always come out on top, good talking to you sir.......

  • my logic is that the cell phone was poking out of the dinosaurs anus like a turtle head situation, thus the audible noise.

  • I would actually say that it makes sense. The doors were small and dense, so they were strong, but thats not the point. The spino's head was huge, so its entire head coudn't fit onto the door. Half of its head would be off of it, and that would greatly decrease the force of the attack

  • you should of said, if you haven't watched jurassic park 3, don't

  • JACK ASSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!

  • i think wats more mindboggling is the entire fight scene between spinosaurs and t-rex.

  • The entire concept of JP3 is nonsense.

  • The ringtone wasn't a generic tone, it was the theme song from Kirby Paint & Tile Plus, their store.

  • The fence was likely rusted/weakend from things like that. the doors where protected

  • VIDEO DE MIERDA......DONDE EL QUE LO SUBIO DICE PURAS PENDEJADAS.......

  • I agree with you. This scene doesn't make much sense.

  • JP has NEVER been realistic. A fun movie adventure that anyone can enjoy? Yes. The Spino breaking through the gate, but not the door makes about as much sense as the Trex breaking into the visitor center without making a sound in JP, or people actually tripping a Parasaur in TLW.

  • It is a film you idiot so stop spoiling a good film

  • its 11 ton,an 11 ton dinosaur,you would feel it approaching

  • "The laws of physics state that..."

    -facepam-

  • @DynamicMuffin misspelling facepalm.....

    *facepalm*

    *

  • @laydbackni99a Yeah that was pretty bad XD

  • @DynamicMuffin lol......

  • 8 kagilion... true story

  • Wow I honestly didn't think about the footsteps and the fence until now, but even when I saw this for the first time when I was like 9 I thought to myself when they closed the doors "they are sooo fucked"

  • or.... spino was waiting there... ha!

  • DUDE, its a Movie made to entertain, it IS in essence far fetched, or do you think Superman did fly? Lmao, nothing in those films are EVER right, its always to entertain, does a cartoon rele mix with people? lmao

  • Cool story bro.

  • If the spinosaurus had been standing still for a while they would not hear the impact tremours of its foot steps

  • i am with you. jp 1 and 2 balanced out the realsim with awsomeness, but in jp3, they fucked up. its like the writers took godzilla abd turned it into a spino. i mean wtf. pple wnat trex, not a huge fish eater. now i like both dinos, but i also like alittle bit of realism in a move. and raptors, stfu. hes got a good point, if you want to escape life, go get high and in the making of jp 1, they said they want to get as much real life info into the movies as possible.

  • Jeez you would have a field day if you ever watched Avatar...

  • a hybrid saurus ;P

  • I always new this but it never really bugged me

  • stomach juices in crocs and spinosaurus can chorode metel. The phone had no chance

  • You know, just let me tell you a little secret. You just made a fool of your self, [ which all 385,846 people possible think] , and second... that's was the lamest thing i ever heard. Can i get my 2:24 mins back? Oh wait, that's impossible. FUCK ME

  • 1:13 its a magic spinosaurus!!!!

  • who gives a crap if the spinosaurus can't crush the HUGE metal wall?

  • My only problem with the scene besides the door thing is this: if they were walking towards the cell phone noise, wouldn't they have walked straight to the spino. Instead of the damn fence?

  • fuck

  • THANK YOU!!!! i have wondered the same damn thing about this scene for YEARS!!! n i went to see this movie in theaters when it came out...i never could quite understand how an animal that big can jus sneak up on u without making a sound...and the fact that the spinosaurus could bust thru its cage but not thru 2 little doors is beyond me...frickin stupidest scene ever!!!

  • you do make a valid point. a baseline for fictional story telling relies on the director asking the audience to agree to the laws of the fictional world created. but AGAIN for every "argue-hungry" fool who cannot hold his tongue, he DOES make a valid point given the laws of this fictional setting

  • One Word Foh You "Total Faggot"

  • Don't forget the sweaty armpits at 2:10 lol

  • 0:18. If you haven't seen Jurassic Park III...then where the hell have you been for the past decade?

  • its a good point but that was still a really good scene

  • You know what? I turned on the tv during dinner, and Jurassic Park 3 was on. It was right before the part where Alan falls asleep and dreams a raptor is looking at him on the plane and says, "Alan," which is hilarious!

I continued to watch, and saw this part of the movie. You're right: it is stupid that the spino can crash through the giant steel gate and fence, but not break through the much smaller steel door.

  • I have often chided movies in scenes where someone or something of large size impossibly sneaks up on the protagonist(s). Horror movies are famous for that: a six-foot-tall murderer who weighs 200-250+ pounds is not gonna be able to sneak up two feet behind anyone.

  • that's what you get when you hire new director.

  • this since made me laugh when the spinosaurs break throgh a big fince but cant break throgh two little doors lol hahahahahahhahahahahahahha

  • maybe the people were just so happy about seeing each other again that they didn't notice the huge animal walking up behind them hahaha but yah the ringtone part was a little interesting

  • I like the film...

  • this movie was god awful

  • I'm willing to believe you could hear a cell phone ringing the dino's belly, it added a hint of comedy to the whole situation. What did bug me a little was why the phone was ringing constantly, the saw the spinosaurus during the day, and the phone was still ringing at dusk as they floated by the piles of spinopoop, and they never even seemed to wonder who had been calling them. I did think it was odd that the spino was able to bust through the gate, but not through the doors, but IMHO,

  • this is nothing compared to the plot holes in the first movie (ninja rex in main lobby), and the second movie (mysterious death of ship's crew while rexes are trapped in hold). The main thing that bugged me about the 3rd movie was that the experience of the visitors was so different from the experience of the visitors in the 2nd movie, even though the crossed tracks at least once. But I understand that this was made so in an effort to show us some different dinos, which I appreciated.

  • @TdotSoul I think the crew was killed by raptors that had gotten onto the ship. A reference to the book where the crew shoots stowaway raptors.

  • ALSO....he shoots him with a .50 exp rounds and doesnt hurt it?...and im pretty sure it was a bolt gun and he shoots it semi.

  • If you cannot suspend your disbelief, DO NOT GO TO THE MOVIES just stick with documentaries because, just like video games, movies are used has a way to escape from real life (although i wish some stuff was real it simply isn't real life is just too limited to allow for some of the most complex stuff psychic powers for example) they are not meant to represent real life.

  • I can imagine you killing your self if i were to make a dinosaur king live action and made dinosaurs do the same crazy stuff they do in the show: T-rexes/acros etc using fire based moves, triceratops with electric powers, a psychic megalosaurus, stuff like that.

  • @raptros even being a movie it's supposed to be sort of a real situation although impossible. Their still on earth what happened to the physics? In the first movie they heard the t-rex coming from way off. By the third movie the bigger badder dino is a ninja.

  • @Whatisright The thing is that movie physics and cartoon physics is something that's been used since the dawn of times how many times have Tom and Jerry died in their shorts if real life physics were used, how is DBZ the epitome of fighting for some people if the characters were stuck to our physics. Also if you think about it the spacing between the sound of the T-rex's steps (i call em stomps but whatever) suggests a much larger slower creature.

  • No. A cartoon is a cartoon so I know what to expect from that. This here is a movie in the real world. Other than impossible situation they're in, everything else still applies. Only thing made up here are the creatures and the science that made them. The problem here is there is no continuity. In the first flick they heard the T-Rex coming. In this they say the Spino is bigger yet it moves like a ninja. Same thing with the first movie where no one heard or felt the t-rex coming at the end.

  • @Whatisright Just because this movie is a live action doesn't mean it's set in the real world christ when will you accept the simple fact that movies are not meant to follow real life to the letter, seriously ever heard of star wars? When it comes to movies NOTHING has to apply, You cannot force movie makers to follow physics and real life logic to the letter when their making a movie, because as common sense will tell you: it would ruin these movies simple as that.

  • It already ruined the movie because it failed to follow things already established in the first. And Star Wars, really? That's a Sci-Fi movie, again like cartoons I know what to expect. For a film trying to so hard to make you believe the science in it, they really failed to follow even their own logic. Hearing the rex coming was such a big part of the first, now they threw that out the window like many other things.

  • @Whatisright Jurassic Park is sci.fi as well in case you didn't know... I seriously never noticed it even trying to make it's science believable seriously, you think you over analyze movies when you watch them like i said in my comment hearing the t-rex coming is fine but you don't mention how silly the spacing between the steps sound if you payed attention to them, if my memory doesn't fail me there's a 3 sec window between each step then the t-rex shows up walking faster then what it sounded

  • I get what they were trying to do. They think the dad has the phone, but it's really inside the dino and it's already on them. That's cool, but they failed in keeping to continuity when it came to things they themselves established. Even if we ignore the physics that should be there they have big continuity problems in the sequels in both story and concepts that can't be overlooked if you've watched them all and paid attention. People can't help it if the failures of the films jump out at them.

  • @Whatisright For the people that actually care about them maybe but for the common folk who just wants to sit back and enjoy a movie for what it is and not care one bit if the movie fallows real world science and logic, he probably wouldn't give a rats ass if the t-rex was firing huge beams from each mouth... i'd think it looked awesome but that's me, i think real life is broken... thank god you can fix it in movies. but this is my opinion.

  • yes i do believe the Ninja spino was awesome and the super intelligent raptors(my favorite dinosaurs out of the JP movies) were just badass, i don't care... i don't want to care, because i believe that if real world is so dumb and limited to the point of being sad, at least let there be fiction to give us an escape and relief. You people just need take it easy... seriously real life is a 3 out of 10, fiction makes a 9 out of 10 world people prefer the 3.

  • Never said I didn't enjoy the movie, but hell they could at least work on their story as much as they did the CGI. No wonder movies just keep getting worse because people just lay back an accept the half ass piece of work that's put out.

  • @raptros Suspension of disbelief is not the same as bad storytelling. Dinosaurs alive in our time is suspension of disbelief. A dinosaur not being able to break through a door when it can break through a solid steel fence - that is just very poor storytelling, and that takes you out of the experience of the film. A film has to be believable within its own context, and this scene blew it.

  • @SethBlizzard i have to agree with that.

  • @raptros who are you to tell us we can't pretend. Maybe people like believing in these things to substitute our already fucked up reality. You sir, are a debby downer.

  • @theassortedjellybean read my comments dumbass that's exacly what i've been saying.,,

  • @raptros yea i guess but they stil should have made spiny bust the doors though.....

  • @cobraglatiator i believe it was a plot device, I think the spiny should have bust through the doors as well but they needed him to quit at that time to make the ultimate come back later.they could have thought of something different that's true, but i guess they wanted the characters to end up in the Pteranodon's cage and that's what they came up with. Alot of crap goes through directors when their making a movie, want a perfect exemple? take the alien acid blood for instance.

  • @raptros yea guess they made spiny a bit lazy then he's all huh preys gone dissapered o well time to carry on with life!! i still have to watch al the movies again havn't done it in a while but guess that makes sense spiny got lazy hey dude this is what they were thinking when they made this sean spiny gets lazy thats all yea i'm talking to you dreamslayer thats what they were thinking i guess....

  • @cobraglatiator If it was real life i don't even think the spino would return he'd prolly go and try to hunt something else...

  • @raptros huh....if you have anything else to say drop by my channel cause this person might get a little tired of us spamming his comment section so yea......

  • In the first movie the facehugger's acidic blood (note it was JUST a facehugger and neighter a chest burster's nor an adult's)melted through 6 floors of the Nostromo, while it gradually loses strenght as the movies progresses to the point of being useless, Ok so AVP2 is none cannon but the predator rips the predalien tongue takes a huge acid shower and nothing happens to neighter him nor the floor of the ceiling they were in?

  • WTF!!! Dudu, its just a movie!!!!!!!!

  • two comments down is Tim all grown up.

1stly, They didn't feel or hear the Spino because they were standing up and running, as opposed to the first movie when the characters were chilling in a car and they began hearing and feeling the T-Rex's footprints. It's pretty clear why they didn't notice. 2ndly, you have to take into account that Spino, no matter how hulking, would still be a giant bag of flesh, muscle, and bone. I'll bet if you were his height you'd be pretty sore from smashin the wal

  • they should of had it crash through, they all run down the stairs and the spinosaurus tries to get them

  • it just a move

  • the funnies part about this is that you're pointing out realistic flaws in a movie that has cloned dinosaurs chaising humans, and you seem to forget the obvious one of all.....THERE ARE CLONED DINOSAURS TRYING TO EAT HUMANS! of course the movie is unrealistic dumbass, that's why it's a movie, there are plot points and susspence scenes to keep you interested, that's the purpose. there's always going to be some kind of flaw in every movie ever made, it doesn't stop it from being entertaining

  • cant show the scene = epic fail...

  • hearing you retell the movie was better than seeing it

  • I understand what the hate is about this film after watching documentarys on t-rex and Spinos and I know the t-rex would have killed it but this was still an amazing film to me.

  • Why have 348,584 people watched this?

  • @fasteddyuk

It's not about how many, it's about how many dislike or possibly like.

  • the steel door can flex because of its size, therefore allowing it to have some abilty to bend slightly , if something is fixed such as the fence then it can probably break easier , kinda like how a tornado can take down a tree with its wind , but not a blade of grass.

  • If the fence was eight gajillion ton chances are it would be pulled through to the earths mantle.

  • I think the reason for the fence breaking was because look at how rusty it was it was going to collapse anyway, and the doors think what was just past them giant birds so the doors would be the last line of defence in case they got in the walkways. Thats my theroy but then again, this movie was a flop... Lets not forget this.

  • lol.. the nokia ringtone is actually Spino theme..

  • 3tonnes? More like 11 tonnes :L

  • @OrmagodonHimself Actually, more like 6-9 tons.

  • @norncare1 Naaahh its 11 tonnes, if you go onto BBC iPlayer, and type in Planet Dinosaur, it will tell you. Its episode 1 btw

  • @OrmagodonHimself Are you sure? Because I have an extremely cool and one of the most up-to-date Dinosaur books out there, and it says that 11 tons is an extreme, as some sauropods don't weigh that much, and said it is probably around six to nine tons.

  • @norncare1 Yes but that programme called Dinosaur Planet is the most recent documentary on dinosaurs atm, its also the most recent discoveries too

  • even the spinosaurus in jp3 was fake as hell but what your doing is a totaly nerd style i mean come on its a movie how pathetic can you be?

  • 9 ton i now

  • maybe the creator of the movie is trying to make the spinosaurus a ninja :/

  • everything about the Spinosaurus is wrong in this movie..

  • @PokemonOz No, not everything. It's true that Spinosaurus aegyptiacus is bigger than Tyrannosaurus Rex by at least a good ten or twenty feet in length, but smaller in height, because Spinosaurus was about eight to ten ft high, and T. rex was about 14 feet high.

  • yawwwwwn...

  • It's really a big mystery to me why the Spinosaurus was "hunting" the human characters. Like it's supposed to be Michael Myers or something. It's a fucking animal

  • Comment removed

  • 228 nerds don't know what the word "movie" means

  • Its instinct during a hunt was to walk silently. Idiot. But yeah i guess the phone thing was a little to much

  • the wtf moment should have been when spino beat t-rex!

  • Looks like someone discovered what Hollywood is.

  • Jeez, it's a Spinosaurus, people! It's practically a god in the Mezosoic world! Let the beast break as many laws of physics as it wants! Do you want to mess with an animal that's 50 feet in length, with a (possibly) stronger bite force than a T-Rex?

  • @ForgottenBeasts Spino never had a bite force like the rex it was a fisher the T was an actual predator hunting larger animals. Get your facts straight Rex had the strongest biteforce over any land predator.

  • @SunWukong4 i said possibly. we don't know the muscular structure of a dinosaur. For all we know, the Spinosaurus could've had a very similar muscular structure to that of a crocodile, and they have a much higher bite force than a shark or a lion, or even a Wolf. Think of the possibilities.

  • @ForgottenBeasts there is no possibility! spinos bite force never rivaled the t rex in any way why do you think predator x and megalodons bite force were compared to the t rex because the t rex had the strongest bite force of any land predator please think about what you are saying.

  • @SunWukong4 what's a Predator X? is it a Saurichian dinosaur or other prehistoric animal?

  • Won't hear it inside a dinosaur, yet its completely plausable to hear a clock in a crocodiles stomach?

  • Dude get over it. It's a bloody film....it doesn't have to be perfect

  • I wondered the very same thing about the fence and the doors while watching it last night.

  • Its also a possibility that the animal was asleep and woke up when Erik was yelling

but its just a sci fi movie

  • People this is a science FICTION movie please remeber

  • jurrasic park 3 was not directed by steven spielberg , that's why some parts of the movie are wrong .

when steve directed the first and the second jurrasic park , he had specialists with him , but the guy who made the third had shit with him .___.

  • @theNerdGamer88 then again, they did include some feathers on the raptors along with the more bird-like sounds they make. they also did better in showing how they hunted in packs and Jack Horner, a specialist in paleontology, did help in the third film as he did in the 1st and second. he also described Spinosaurus as a super-predator.

  • its sooo true tho lol

  • I dont give a fuck the movie was good

  • @ZackDGAF Yup, even better than Citizen Kane.

  • @ZackDGAF not really. the first is best.

  • actually youre correct about spinos weight it was much more lightly built and gracile than most theropods like tyrannosaurus which was about the same length but 3 times the weight

  • I'm going to like because you warned me before ruining it and also keep in mind that this is an old film

  • Dude common it's a movie nothing Ina movie is real so get it in your mind next time budiy

  • I know this has likely been said before... but I must say, there are far more things to rant about on Jurassic Park than that 'moment'. Quite honestly, it was one of the better parts for me, because it was pure hilarious- and was clearly inserted for that reason. I burst out laughing in the theatre... and really, in a film that I felt was dissapinting at times (in a series I otherwise love), it was one of the redeeming moments. Kind of like T-Rex eating the lawyer in the restroom :P

  • Unless it was already standing there!!! Hater.

  • It's not 3 ton it's 9 ton!!!!! LOL :D

  • Actually...under FAir Use you CAN show the scenes, if you are using them for Fair Use purposes. :) Reviewing a movie, parody, demonstration all fair use.

  • Lol, I love the JP franchise and would defend it to the death, however, I agree with you here. Continuity is an important factor in a movie. The scene worked for me tho :p

  • I totally agree with you, especially that "tiny doors" thing, it is ridiculous, what were they thinking?

  • maybe the spino was tired after hitting the fence

  • trex had the strongest neck muscles of any dinosaur ever. how could a fish eater break that.

  • Hey, everyone should get off the T rex's dick. Giganotosaurus would kill both of them.

  • @grandmasterreggaex

No...no t-rex would win. All T-Rex has to do is stay facing it's enemy and whatever is stupid enough to fight it won't be able to do anything because of one problem. Four rows of 7 inch teeth ready to crush BONES.

  • dude, you're forgetting it's a movie.... i don't see you doing it.... don't hate... nobody is waiting for your rants... just let people enjoy the movies:)

    thanks pumpkin

  • For all we know dinosaurs were very sophisticated creatures who had tea parties.

  • stomp stopm ring ring wats thats

the dino o 1 min later

    ring o shit a dino

  • dude its a movie . . . .

  • @M4levolence oh, please

  • @M4levolence Yea Agreed. its a just a suspense build and they didnt want the scene to be to overpowerful because its not supposed to be a climax of the storyline, just a thing to get you off the fact that you just watched a couple minutes of "talk" and they needed a bit of action. And the movie isnt ridiculous.. there are hundreds of movies that make more shit up then this. And what did you expect when u watched a dino movie? That the dinos were real? DERP! PS Maybe the phone was in his mouth lol

  • @M4levolence Thumbs Up.

  • maybe he's a ninja o.O

  • You know,I alway think that Jurassic park 3 is so fake and all thing is unreal......

  • Jack horner is a fucking retard. he says that T-rex was a scavanger and not a predator wich it was both and that the spinosaurus was a predator that would go after a t-rex. Spinosaurus is a fucking fish eater if it bit into a t-rex skull it's teeth would break and it's jaws arn't that powerfoul

  • how the fuck do people know something about those animals?

have you lived in those ages? or were you there behind the scenes of this movie?

  • king kong would kick both their asses :D

  • IT'S A MOVIE, MOVIE'S AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE LOGICAL THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT

  • Very little is known about spinosaurus. Only one PARTIAL skeleton has been dug up. As of August 11, 2011, we will not know who would win

  • @see46 and the PARTIAL skeleton was bombed by the americans in WO2

  • @Newyear51 really? i didnt know that, thanks for telling me =)
