Looks like I already got it, but the game indicated I collected all 3 gold medals (and a platinum cup) only after playing 9 hole random (or shootout, i forget) and getting a gold medal. It seems I had a gold medal in all challenges for Kenya, except a silver medal in the 9 hole shootout or random. Strange... Thanks for the response, though.

This is the only course I haven't collected all 3 hidden medals. I'm sure I've picked up the medals on hole's 10 and 15 since I don't see the medals in the bunkers anymore. However, I don't remember picking this one up. When I played the hole again, I don't see the medal anywhere near where you've posted. I'm assuming it's visible, right? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

@rsaran1288 absolutely, here's an exact screenshot... notice the circled area on the hole overview at the right.  if you dont see it here, you already got it.
