  • Regardless of the protein, it is wise to cook all meat thoroughly to avoid illness from undercooked meat. Thanks for watching our video!

  • Looks very yummy! Perhaps it might be good to mention here, not to fry the Mandu at too high heat in the oil, so that the poultry has time to cook through thoroughly first without the dough browning or burning too early. Remember it's TURKEY and not beef or even pork. So be safe from salmonela this Thanksgiving. Always check your turkey internal temperature after baking in the oven, so it is at least 180 deg F. :)

  • Nice! - Maybe pumpkin inside the mandu would work nicely as well? Or perhaps the same ingredients as a turkey pot-pie?
