TBH, gaming on the iPad is really shitty compared to on Macs/PC's. It's not the selection or graphics or anything, it's just that these apps are all really simple in terms of concept and UI. They're pretty much blown up versions of iPhone apps - you could stick any of these apps on an iPhone and it'd be right at home.

it's not shitty. actually the good iPad games are quite fun and different (aka SMART). i'm playing lots of Ps3 games and they're all the same exact crap. straightforward singleplayer, then get online for more of the same.

game developers just don't put their brains to work anymore, whereas the tecnical limits for iPads force them to think about the gaming experience, not just about licences, graphs
