Okay this is from an anime called Zach Bell so look it up if u wanna see the original. To translate, optimus asks blur if he wants to hear his new CD, Optimus is saying grope and boobies and boing (chichi=boob and opai= grope )over and over again. Blurr took it as a tactic to get in his head and then he attacked Optimus. It's pretty funny lol
