While Nas Eminem Jay Z Black Thought Biggie and Big L are classics, Lupe is better than all of them. If you heard some of his real songs, like Dumb it Down, Streets on Fire, Intruder Alert, Daydreamin, etc. you will realize that they are not only better than anything these artists have done, but are on par with the likes of Mos Def and Rakim.

Eh I still feel Lupe is currently better than Nas, Eminem, and Jay-Z. Lasers doesnt show off his lyrical content but it shows off his flow and delivery. Yeh the album is definitely weak in terms of rapping ability. I still feel that Lupe is the most lyrical rapper of all time. No artist at any point in the 90s was making lyrics as clever as he was. Lost Tapes and Stillmatic arent comparable to Lupes albums... Infact Gods Son is better than both albums. IMO, the only classics Nas has made are Illmatic and IWW. Lupe is 2/3 in terms of classics, and Nas is like 2/11.

Ok bro, just cuz an album is good doesnt mean its classic. Lost Tapes is a great album, but it isnt as amazing as FnL or The Cool. Illmatic and IWW are overall better albums than FnL and The Cool, but as a rapper Lupe is better than Nas in every way, except for maybe in charisma. The fact is Lupe is WAY more lyrical than Nas and more than any rapper. No one is making forming metaphors or stories as complex as him. Nas has 2 classics, and the rest are decent or crap otha tha GS and LT
