I got more out of it than I thought initially! I have been using "one mississippi" like crazy!!!! I want to apologize for stating that you used "uh". Not to mention the whole "and so". very uncooth of me.

I really enloyed the speech and gleened from it. The only thing, if I may be so humble in saying that Dino uses "and so" just a tad to much. Also, he said uh four times. I am going to incorporate Dino's three rules, points, or standards of remembering the power of the pause.
