I go to total hockey minnesota 4 days a week in the summer for 2:30 hours at a time and its really hard but it really pays off. My goal is to have my name on the puke buket. My fav coach is cam.

@3stblue you obviously dont play hockey, to skate that fast plus hit and battle for the puck etc etc takes alot out of you. if you can, put on full hockey gear and do sideboards for 30 second intervals. you have to go full speed and you'll see just how sore your legs will get and how tired you'll get especially if your not in shape

30 sec. shifts 20 min. a game and NHL guys are huffing and puffing during their post game interviews, don't get it.
