This is a good video put she doesn't tuck she pikes. and the arms stop the twist. pike stops the somersault. And shes doesn't want to jump to far out because that's a deduction. And the twist is created by dropping the one arm down and whipping it up (Direction you twisting is the one that drops). Other arms comes down to 90 degrees and throws in the direction of the twist. But its still a good vid. Thumbs up!
