  • This is good . like Karen Clark Sheard's Version better

  • this is SO great and inspirational!

  • They Did So Good And Had So Much Energy .!

  • that was good ladies !!

  • I Love This. It Shows Young People Can Have As Much Fun In Church As They Do At Dances and Parties !!

  • This is church today?....seriously?....this is entertainment. God is so out of the picture...and the MODESTY girls!! (?)...please examine your selves

  • @yahcilla Wow, Tradition has got in the way, entertainers as you know shake their booties drop it like it's hot and sexually dance with the BUTT rolling and the head banging, i didn't see any of that, it's in the Bible, not being sarcastic but i think you've missed it, read 2 Sam 6:14 like the young lady said David danced for God racially and his clothes came off at least their clothes stayed on also read Psalm 149:3 & 150:4 Job 21:11 Jeremiah 31:13 Ex 15:20, we dance gloriously in church.

  • @yahcilla God is all in with Praise Dancing and Worship, John 4:23 in Spirit and Truth, it's not just shouting as people call it, jumping up and down screaming and hollering that has it's place and so does Praise dancing!!! and If their Pastor ask them then they can explain themselves to him, i'm sure he sees. Be Blessed Dearly!!!!!!

  • Very nice!! Thank God for the youth!!! Keep praising God........

  • That was awesome ladies!!!

  • yall kiilled it i love it

  • Excellent girls we did this dance to a calypso beat when Penny pace came to our church.

  • I want to do a praise dance but I still a stomach from my pregnancy. Should I be concerned about this and what should I wear if I can't afford the standard praise dance attire?

  • @StormyNoMore praise is not about how we look but an offering to God. so no matter what our size, height, looks, we have a praise. It doesnt have to be expensive wear. just a full skirt or dress and a full shirt. we dance in shirts we get from Walmart for $6.00. they are the long sleeve by hanes or danskin in the active wear womans section.

  • I think you all did a great job. I am young (college-aged) Christian, and we just can't seem to win for losing. People criticize the young people in the streets and then turn around and criticize young people in the church. They are putting their energy into a dance for God, and that is all that matters. If you feel as though this invoked unholy thoughts, then maybe your mind isn't in the right place. I am so, so sick of the negativity in the church.. this is why young people don't come.

  • We order our skirts from dfwga.com. thanks!

  • @JesusGirl3130 meant to say " that will Bless THE people" but i think you got it lol, yea like the skirts i'm looking them up

  • Where did you get the dresses for this drama. I Would like to buy that skirt but i dont know where to get it? Btw drama was AMAZING~!!!! Keep up the good work ladies!

    Thanks

  • This is just so beautiful.. I feel the flow.. U guys r gr8!!

  • ... sometimes if you are doing a song with this much energy and is this repetitive, there has to be more unity and synced dance moves with each other. Some of you stepped out at different times when it was clear you meant to be together. Your jumps were a little off sync. And it looked like you were trying to do a hip hop mixed with praise dance. If you are doing hip hop, you have to be in sync. You ladies have what the young people need. Constructive criticism. Keep it up!

  • Hey ladies! I think that you all looked beautiful, hair outfits, and all. I had to watch the video a few times to get passed somethings to the choreography. Your hair should be pulled back from the face with a hair tie or a hair band. In this video you were constantly shaking it out of your face and moving it with your hands. Next time I would where white tights with the white skirts. I completely understand not being able to spend 35 bucks on palazzo pants. Your choreo was good, but ...

  • Nice Ladies

  • Yes!!!! wooowhooo!!! awesome.

  • It's obvious that you girls like to worship the Lord in the dance. Very nicely done!

  • Loved the energy

    God bless you ladies

  • That was awesome!!!!!!

  • they did good

  • Somebody in here is a hater. These ladies do something positive for a change and you critisize about hair? When does hair styles elude to sex? Boy, thats a new one for me. Ps, good job ladies.

  • OUTSTANDING...I REALLY ENJOYED THIS PRAISE DANCE...IT'S ALWAYS WONDERFUL TO SEE YOUNG LADIES AND YOUNG MEN ON FIRE FOR THE LORD...MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS ALL OF YOU AND KEEP GLORIFYING THE LORD IN SONG AND DANCE.

  • (cont'd form last comment) to allow for the furtherance of a ministry with excellence.

  • Another thing, certain moves, the colour you wear and use in praise dance can help with the effectiveness of a dance. The hip bumping in the beginning is not really a sign of praise, but more of a movement a lot of Americans do (I'm not American) when they are enjoying something. There's a difference btwn praise that's driven on fun and anthusiasm and praise that is focused on giving God glory. But im not saying your intentions were bad. Just some harsh but constructive crit

  • I really believe that the people who were called "haters" on thsi page are people who can see beyond the natural. When we reach to that place where we understand little overlooked things that are in the natural can have a big effect in the spirit, then some of y'all will understand what these "haters" are saying. Yes a woman's hair is her glory but in dance her glory can be pulled into a neat bun. Panty lines, bra lines are unacceptable (not saying y'all had that)

  • omggg i did not know she sang this omgggg!!!!!!! u see how god show you things!!!!!

  • I find you guys did wonderful. You guys are itty bitty and to be honest i didnt see any hairography or sexual moves or whatever THROUGHOUT your dance. If people are saying things shpuld be tied down and covered up then God forbid they ever see me dance with my big chested self *rollseyes* i hate reading hate on a praise dance video that defeats the purpose of being true christians! Keep up the good work young ladies!

  • Remember that in evrything you do it is an learning experience. You ladies did great and it came from your heart. i think hair really depends on the song and the garment. To be quite I henst I see nothing wrong with your garments. You ladies are not that big and honestly it doesnt distract me at all. As a whole I believe you did a wonderful job and it was tasteful and uniform..xoxoxoxkeep praising

  • Wow!

  • Thanks for all the love everyone! As for all of the hair comments, a woman's hair is her glory, im going to praise God with ALL that's within me! Kind David danced OUT of his clothes before the Lord! If the inside is pure what comes out will be pure too and believe me we have PURE hearts of worship, which is exactly why we always enjoy the presence of God not only as a dance ministry but as a church as well. :D

  • @JesusGirl3130 Yes but why can't Christians look excellent, neat, presentable, polished and sharp. Secular people are very particular about their costumes and the way their hair is combed and they most of the times look a lot better than us Christians. I have to be real. The flinging hair doesn't look good. And if y'all were in normal clothes it would look like a dance off at a party with a little less wining and attitude. It's alrite to make a joyful noise but I see smthng else in this noise.

  • @JesusGirl3130

The dancing is beautiful, but work on your outfits. Try to cover a little more and make sure your skirts fit really well before you go out. There are palazzo pants the dancers now wear under the skirts and little tunics will keep the attention on the ministry of dance. Be blessed. -sheplays1

  • @JesusGirl3130 I like it Good Job ladies! our dancers did this song, i must say like your moves, i may have to use some of them "LOL" keep dancing for the Lord! not saying that you're not doing this already but read the Word of God daily, stay in Prayer and stay out of drama keep your bodies Pure and Holy and you will see a mighty anointing come upon you and your ministry of dance and you will be use by God in an awesome way that will BLESS to people. Please don't get distracted by the world.

  • my god this is good come to see our prasie

  • I just want to say - the comments are disturbing. Sex objects? Showing too much? (they are covered from shoulder, wrist, to ankle, and are wearing long leggings - are they supposed to be covered in trash bags?). Flinging hair? Comments like this are why many people DISPISE praise dancing. I hear many people say it has no place in the church, and my theory is that it is generally dull, skill-less, and poorly done, with no emphasis on choreography. Your rigid, legalistic attitudes are sad.

  • @Cranberries87 i love their dance! it's beautiful and everything about it is great. while i do understand what you are saying, best practices in dance ministry attire is that dancers wear overlays over a form-fitting top, so as not to be a distraction. dancers definitely do not have to be "covered in trash bags" as you say. same for under their beautiful skirts, wide legged palazzo pants or culottes are best, all of this is for modesty. the purpose of praise dance is to call attention to God.

  • @Cranberries87 ...there are many praise dancers who dance with skill, who know and do this. if you look around, you will them in beautiful, modest garments (look at Spirit of the Moment). i agree that dance is much more than moving the hands only to the words, or lack-luster choreography with no creativity at all. i write as a dancer/artist from the church. it does belong in the church, but we do have to be mindful of how we present ourselves just because of the haters who will criticize.

  • Pink:beauty of god

    White:GLORIOUS :)

  • I love this song, and your energy was great, but I didn't feel God's presence. Seemed like you were just dancing . As a praise dancer too, the movements are to speak the words of glorification for you and not your hair. None of this will do any good if you don't feel "His" presence.

  • @biggsmartone I'm not sure how you can determine this from watching a YouTube clip. I don't know these ladies, and I don't even (currently) praise dance, but I am sick and tired of people thinking that "Praise Dancing" has to mean boring moves, moving your hands around to "act out" the words, and no dance training or decent choreography. A lot of people HATE praise dancing, and I suspect because it's generally done poorly. BRAVO to these women for adding some skill and pazzaz to their dance.

  • I love yalls outfis!!! =D

Pink is my favorite color =D

And good coreagraphy, however u spell it. lol =)

Lots of energy and joy. Yall did great!! =D

  • I think you ladies did an excellent job! I don't see anything sexual about this dance and would not think to look for it while viewing as well. Hairography adds presence in dance of all kinds as well as lip-syncing. Keeps the spirit moving! Everything in Liturgical your of praise. AS a dance teacher I will say work on your actual dance technique and your energy shall come more natural. Goodluck to you and keep up the good work.

  • @tahvyea right

  • u guys were so awsome i wish i could dance like that :)

  • really cool u guys rock may god be with u!

  • Beautiful ladies love the energy god bless

  • love your energy ladies:) however you danced as sex objects as was stated. When you praise dance it not for form of fashion or who has the best hip wave, etc, its to be pleasing to god and to help envok the presence of god on the battle field. Praise is your personal defense weapon that you use, you should always remebr that when you praise dance everything should be tied dwn and coverd up. you showed li' to much.( top shirt) just rembr u praise for othr to see gods strength for the soul.

  • I agree. Dancers should have their hair worn away from their face. But i love u guyz energy! But one more thing, the sort of girlish attitude takes away from the praise. It's more like "heeeyy!!" than "praise be to you O God!". This is just how it looks to an outsider. This is important esp wen visitors come to ur church and if they r not saved, the critique they wud have, not that ur priority is to impress them eh. lol. But lovely otherwise :)

  • Very good, but y'all should have put your hair up.. it's a distraction, and eludes to sex.. And some of y'all are mouthing the words. You mouth in practice, so you don't mouth in performance.
