  • But you know cinematographers are a pain in the ass, they could be a director best friends or worst enemys, ask Kubrick, he fired a bunch, they are no easy targets, they are light geniusses who drag about how films can't be done without them (they are right), could be a livin hell for a director, I never meet a DP that isn't a smartass

    There's a say in the industry that cinematographers are the second divas on the set.Just read about history of film and find out the love/hate with DPs
