You're description is wrong. How hard or how soft you shoot it, this technique remains to be called a chip. With a lob, your foot has longer contact with the ball, and you kind of drag it at first. A chip is one fast movement under the ball. Anyway, horrible goalkeeper, horrible shot, lucky goal.
