They are threatened mainly from deforestation and yes the pet trade. If you want to argue put up your facts. if you go to a vet, you can get meds for the gecko, it's very expensive because it's a gecko with round warm. That's what's more important. Just get him looked at please.

One more taken from the wild, is one more to make that animal illegal to own Just because of your selfish need just to get them and not even pay attention if you're getting wild caught ones or captive bread one. You obviously don't know and it's something you have to know and remember if you truly care of these animals you are just so sad to have no consideration poor animals :-(

They are ecnomically unable to cut down their forests, Some parts of forest are being cut, which isn't good, but, the amazon is being cut down at such a fast rate those wild animals NEED to be caught and saved. The Madagascar forests, aren't no where near any of the destruction compared to the rest of the world, but still it is not good. I DO know. :-D point blank period.

One is a mossy leaf and the other is regular leaf. Great pets wonderful to care for, as far as your bow examination, I'd send it out, or take it to a vet and sadly you got them from Madagascar they won't live past two years being they are possibly positive left in the wild they could live much longer smarty. I've been researching the past 10-11 years and know their names, backgrounds name it. If you got one positive for a parasite that is wild caught, you shortened it's life greatly :-(
Hello, I just got 2 from a herp show and one died that night. The other died 4 days later. Did not have time to get the fecal sample back from the vet. What condition do you keep her cage. I had a large Exoterra with half screen and half cover misting them 2 times a day. You can Email me if thats easier...

The uroplatus will be kept together year round without separation. I separate my cresteds though.
