I used to go and watch Billy in a band in the Pacific in Birkenhead in the early 80`s called the Cheats..Arthur Caravan on guitar..Brilliant watching REAL pro`s playing in a pub..great memories.

barry manilow never recorded this it was written and sang by kenny parry & billy kinsley (liverpool express)and should have been a hit...if some boy band would record it, it would be a no 1.
