Thanks! I've got a project coming up and I was curious as to how to cut the needed pieces of drywall without making a mess.

The rasp is nice... in a pinch you can use the back of the keyhole saw to shave the edge of the drywall.
And your right, a rotozip or similar tool makes cutting boxes and or windows a piece of cake.

You should use a gypsum board type board.

Does it matter what type plaster board you use if your going to decorate directly onto the boards surface rather than skimming? Great videos they have been great help.
