I've got a feeling someone made up his mind to name his son Luke quite a while ago, "Anakin". ;)

@ViolateProductions Hahaha, well, we DID have that in the back of mind when we decided on Luke, but for awhile he was going to be named Matthew :) So Luke was not a lock, but when we settled on that name, we knew it was the one we most wanted. Occasionally I do remind him.... "Luke, I AM YOUR FATHER!"

Looking forward to the new game, 7 Wonders is one I've heard about but never played/seen played before. While I was checking out the indiegogo site I noticed a typo in the description for "The Producer", the year was 2011 and I assume it's supposed to be 2012. Anyway, I'll have to sort out my donation, it was nice meeting you Mrs Smith! :)

I have a suggestion. Reserve 00 episode number for final episode to summarise the errors made and rules unexplained in rules explanation episode so new viewers of finished series would be informed beforehand. And it would be a good summary to rewatch when you get to the moment "I saw it, I knew it... Arghh... Where exactly that error everyone is making were explained?.."

i would love to see you to a video of arkham horror, as i really want to play that game but the rules are overwhelming.

@atarahM It's a game that I found required me to read the rules a few times through beofre I could get it. It's a game I would liek to try to break down into a half hour instructional video to see if I could make it easier to understand.

@WatchItPlayed that would be unbelievably great & helpful, but a play by play would be even better. obviously it may not be possible due to time constraints (length is min 2hrs) so perhaps a video series where a portion of the moves are off camera or just have the videos focus on a few beginning turns so people can get the hang of it. fyi, there is already a 6 part tutorial on BGG, but that is one that i and others (judging by its number of thumbs) have not found very useful.

@atarahM To help me fit in my game plays during the year, I thought about including some "quick play" videos, where we just teach the game and then play 2 or 3 turns, to give enough of an idea how the game works. I still prefer our full play through format, but for some games, this may work better. Arkham Horror though... once I got started, I suspect the call fo cthlulu would draw me into playing the full game!

@RiddleFlowOn It's so hard when I'm picking a game. I'm worried everyone will already have played it, or think the game is lame, or whatever - and to be honest, that's perfectly okay. Not every game can work for everyone. I'm just always hopeful we'll have a few people at least wanting to see it played.

And regarding the donation... based on the past, I can use ALL the editors we can get! lol

And I watched those playthroughs from the start to the beginning because it is interesting to see how others are playing it and informative (new strategies, some rule corrections for my own gameplays, etc.). And all of you make it fun.

@RiddleFlowOn 7 wonders is a blast! it's different every time and CAN be played in like 20 minutes with knowledgeable players, or 45 minutes with newbies. Just mind you watch the armies of others, the points aren't much early, but add up (or SUBTRACT) fast!

Andrea has good taste. It's one of my favourite games in my collection at this moment, in the lighter games category. The Leaders expansion is a must have in my opinion though. My friends are pretty hardcore gamers; when we play we play to win. Before the expansion it was fairly obvious which strategy was best, but with Leaders, a lot of other strategies become viable and it really broke the game open for us.

Looking forward to the next video and I'll donate as soon as I get my paycheck.

@AdenineMonkey This is really good to hear, because I wasn't sure if I should pick up the Leaders expansion or not. We usually do try to emphasize the base games when we do a play through, but if I get a chance to pick it up, maybe I can go a follow up episode, just to talk about how the Leaders expansion effects and changes the game. @davidflegel THis is a game that I feel I must play at some point. There are just so many logisitcal problems I have to figure out before I begin. I'd almost need to buy a second gaming table, which if the donations go well, I will consdier doing - because I would likely do Arkham Hoor while I'm doing other series, cause Arkham could take years or DECADES!! I think it would be prety epic though. It's on my "I WILL do this" list, so keep the faith. Harvey will rise again!

Having closed the chapter on Dungeon Run I feel rather secure in deciding to purchase it and Mansion of Madness very soon. The game IS easy, but when I watched some other videos online try to explain it, I'll admit, I really didn't get it. I think it looks harder than it is, so I'm hoping my video can help people who might find it tricky at first glance.

It's a big fav of Andreas, so it'll be fun to do a series on a game she really likes.

@odemus I'm hoping "hoping" that if I can attract enough of the right attention, I'll be able to put fund raising efforts behind us in the future with a couple of solid sponsors. I honestly don't really like doing it. But if it comes to it. In the future, with more subscribers, it hopefully wouldn't take much to cover any costs. But I don't want to get too far ahead of myself. My main focus now: two months of gameplay videos!

It was the newest expansion. They have actually had some consistant problems with their Mansions of Madness line. The expansion had some pretty bad problems I hear, so they froze it, are reprinting it and giving free replacement cards and fixes to people who already bought. There were some problems in Mansions of Madness too, which they are fixing for free if you request it.
