You look defocused. Lens holder probably got separated from CCD chip. Do not throw away camera, it's probably USB, and can be reused as miniature USB camera or modded as microscope or macro camera. It's tricky to solder cable to camera pcb, but it can be done. Care not to mix Vcc and GND.

Its not your screen, its your camera lens
Otherwise the picture would be fine whether the screen was damaged or not.
