My colleague doesn't have to "sharing" bar appear on his page when he logs into Evernote Web. Anybody know why not?

I like evernote, and this feature rocks, I'm just afraid once I become used to it, google will make something way better and integrated into my other web apps...

oh SWEET! this is the ONE feature my girlfriend and i have been seriously waiting for, since she started using Evernote as well. now NOTHING will stop me from getting my whole family involved (yes mom, you TOO!)
