I used to live by Lake Erie in Ashtabula County and I would go biking to go swimming in it every summer from the late 80's to early 90's and not once did I get ill. I love Lake Erie! <3

We lived in Eastlake 1 block from lake, from about 1963 - 1969.  My mom would walk with us down to the lake, but we were NOT allowed to touch the water!

Moved to Virginia in 1969.

lake erie is so much cleaner then used to be! I remember back in the early 80's when was a kid it used to the water looked brown almost like coke cola!!! It's not like that now! It ink blue today.

Lake erie is till a disgusting lake... Its like toxic so pregnant women can't eat fish from it.. lol I still love buffalo!
