To Mrhaveabigcock. It has nothing to do with "read signs and abide by them". I can put up a sign saying "if you park here, I'll shag your wife and take your children before I slash the tyres and charge the registered keeper £4,000,000 plus interest" but it doesn't make any of it legal. Fair play - clamping is illegal. Laws down the centuries have ratified that no goods can be seized until payment is made except if ordered by court.
