  • @yukyooo lmao

  • I envy these places with parkour gyms!

  • @Remembrance1692 Why? You have the videos, there are plenty of websites, you have a park, a street, or a building? get some good sneakers, some friends, meet several times a week, train smart...thats your parkour gym.

  • its like a parkour billy blanks

  • Wish we had Parkour Training programs where I lived..

  • @CraigNdayday27 You have the videos, you have friends, you have outside, a building or a park, get yourself some good shoes, practice smart, boom there you go a parkour program. How do you think David Belle or any of these guys got started. Getting up early in the morning and running through the city. There were no parkour gyms then and you don't need a gym now.

  • @maven21 Insightful. Cheers man. :)

  • @CraigNdayday27 Happy training and I look forward to seeing your badass clips :)

  • @maven21 It'll take many a conditioning sessions to get them close to a snivel of 'badass.' haha, :)

  • @CraigNdayday27 hahaha that true for almost everyone

  • i like wery much parkour i have 2 years of practicing and ill practice mor and more untill i become very very good

  • @muril0o0

do this shit and then you will see ^^

  • you should bring parkour to memphis, i wanna be the first person in line for this training

  • I hate this music. the words are not in sync with the beat at all. Not trolling just being honest.

  • @ILLCRILLKILLER thumbs up for honesty

  • ou´jeeeah ther boys is wery stupid... :D

  • Ever since Ubisoft made the AC series, I fell in love with parkour. Although my body is not physically fit for any intense training like this, it's still awesome in every way! =D

It also makes me think of a story I have been working on after I finish my first, original story... Of making a anti-heroin parkour . . . I want to say "assassin," but then I would be copying Ubisoft's AC idea, and I don't want to do that. However, she's something like that... This video helped me in every way!!

  • @muril0o0 What's your point?:)

  • 4:15 We have liftoff!

  • i want a gym like that in my country to train there

  • how old do you have to bee to parkour

  • @SuperFUDGEBARS There's not an age limit m8 ;)

  • @muril0o0 well post a video of you doing this shit

  • I love Parkour.

  • here where I live we have 3 huge gyms/halls where you could do parkour training but theres only 2 people out of 5000 doing parkour, me and a russian

  • @masterchifu2351 same where i live

  • @92chez08 that's bad i think cuz here where i live people, (the teenagers) doing parkour, use it for getting away from a store after they have stealed something :\

they use PK for a bad cause like stealing from a store and use it for getting away from the cops

  • @masterchifu2351 ye theres only me at my friend that do it but we do it to keep fit and get to places n get to high spots we people havent been be4 n its cheaper than payin 4 a gym membership n its more fun

  • @92chez08 yeah thats true it cheaper and more fun and there is actually no rules you could do want you want

  • Comment removed

  • that looks like so much fun! and a kiler workout :D

  • im with sanitariumprod23 i live in AL and if we had one he i would def be going everyday looks like so much fun!!!! we so need a gym like this here!!!

  • 3:10 looks amazing.

  • i wish we had one of these gyms around alabama i want to go to one so bad

  • @sanitariumprod23 You dont really need a gym, just find a playground somewhere you can find all the equipment you need there. Just find a time when there are no kids around otherwise moms are going to get mad

  • lolz thats what me and my buddies do we want to find a gym like this but the one thats closest is too expensive

  • why do u need gym? you have all the world around you ....

  • so u can practice backflips and sht without killin urself on concrete or the ground in a gym there are pads

  • @Kyuubinuyasha hmm...you find a ground with grass about 10 cm big and you have your pad :) it worked for me and my guys....

  • oi...but there isnt anything likr that around here

  • This is amazing, this is heaven i want to go there to train with the master!!!

  • I had a great workout routine going. Then school started up and I got lazy and lost it... Sucks.

  • that sucks. i started lifting in mid july and weighed 135 lbs and now i weigh 175 and all muscle.

  • 1:48 idiot, that´s the indhu pushup

  • its not...indu push up is different...you don't stop as they do and you don't pus from your elbows, you just dive in and dive out...they are stoping and using they triceps to push back up, indu push up is all about the flow....

  • the scene on 6:25 looks so awsome ^^

  • looks like fun, seen some nice core work outs im probley going to try out!

  • wow the group conditioning motivated me to condition tonight. I was going to take a break because I was feeling lazy...

  • wow.. if i win the lottery im opening a gym like that.

  • Please God in America.

  • 2:12 is Daniel Ilabaca!

  • Yeah :D He rules :)))

  • I'd imagine you would go to get better learning with pros..

  • no, there's another reason. Just to burn money you know? Why would you want trainng from pros?

  • what is the triangle shape thing??

  • why would u go to a school for parkour.

  • Ha ha, OF OF.

  • it isn't crowded huh ?

  • nice practice and nice training.

    congratulations.

    from spain

  • Most people start with Strength training. If you can hold your entire body weight + clothes with a good 20 lbs slack than you can start doing manuevers.

General learning the 'feel' and increasing balance is strong. Also learning the flow of the obstacle will help overall when you start doing more advanced techniques. Lastly i suggest learning the Parkour/Judo roll ( rolling from one shoulder to the opposite waist) as it is an easy maneuver that helps in all situations.

    Train hard ~Saint Nick

  • yup! learning to break fall properly n to roll is so important. this is one of the main reasons why i feel judo is a must 4 all children n pple in general to learn. i remember when i was small riding a bike with my cousin in the bar n we were going down a wet road, slight hill, the tiers started to slip n slide. i was in amazement to watch how he broke the fall with his face n all i did was a roll n got up perfect but his lips n face n arms were bleeding n beat up.

  • im 6'3 230 and i can lift everything above my body weight, could i be able to do this

  • Well it doesnt have much to do with strength...You also need Agility, good jump range/height...and a lot of training. And i mean a LOT...

  • watch?gl=ES&hl=es&v=0bq14b57JjQ

  • yea cause im afraid of the sliding between poles

    but thanks vickrey

  • Poles: Tuck your chin in. I smacked my jaw on the poles once. It hurts one heck of a lot more than if you smack your head. Thats all the advice I have for when you enter feet first in a tight gap...

  • how tall you gottah be? lol im 6'2 1/2 but i wanna do that shit so bad!

  • I'm 5'9'' and I'm still excelling at a damn good pace if i say so myself, it's not so much based on high, all high would provide is an easier wall climb or longer stride but for most implications a larger body would be too clumsy especially if your talking about free running.

  • there is no hight/ age limit

i'm 6"1 and my hight isn't bothering me

  • true thankz

whea do i start at though lol

  • any height!, im 6ft 3 and ive been training for about 4 years and have never found my height a problem

  • nice victor wooten 4 sho!

  • Holy crap.

I envy these people & their skills. D:

  • I. Want. To. Be. There.

  • You're not the only one. : ))

  • @27081993th I too !!!!!!!!!!!

  • ha! i knew it! Yamakasi IS a movie about parkour moves, i thought it was different from parkour but the info proved me right. --mind me, i'm just thinking outloud in this comment box--

  • Wow that is an unbelievable gym area !!

  • woow c'est genial j'aime ce deport

nous bessons de un ecole de Parkour ici en Merida Mexique =/

we need a parkour School here in Merida Mexico

  • vo pretica issu

  • It's pretty interesting how certain moves are almost completely imitating the animal kingdom (monkeys and stuff).. And i dont mean in the "LULZ" way :P

Its actually interesting. We've evolved and gone through our industrial revolution, but we have forgotten our old instinct-moves as we grew more lazy by simply paving all roads flat and such :)

  • not every road is flat, freerunning and parkour show us the "roads" we didnt see before. like you said, the way that monkeys move and such.

  • woow my dreams

    i want to tryaining

and i goin to try you rutine

  • Only because they're training and the "Sensei" wants to go easy on them. I still find it interesting.

  • A lot of this stuff looks like yoga.

  • Helps make body flexible..

  • Monkey warm up =D. Man i would die ffor a training like this :O. Cauz i need some hel pwith monkey vault. I do not get enough high. Some1 any suggestions?

  • to get more height

do calf raisers in sets of 50 at least, when ever your bored( i never made it a workout routine i just do it wenever) and work on your form probably and utalizing your arms a little. those are what added height and distance for me

  • Try Not to bend your arms...if they are straight u shud be able to go thru..

  • 1:52 FAIL on the guy left-center

  • haaah LOOL

  • LOL! +1

  • Way too many people in such a small gym in my opinion... nice training thoug
