Some of these clowns that graduate and work in theses shops and dealerships aren't the brightest, but a good mechanic who takes PRIDE in doing the job right the first time gets a rep quickly by the word-of-mouthers and he gets more customers=more money.

@urgeone But it is about the money... Some of this clowns do not graduate at all and still they become mechanics, others we gratuated and became auto technitians. Well, so far I'm an "ASE" Master Diagnostics-Toyota "MDT" Hybrid Systems Specialist. Money comes with the tittle.

This guy has absolutely no idea how to use a flex-hone.

1 - You dont use solvent to wet the tool, you use good quality lube.

2 - You don't start the hone in the bore, the tool should be rotating before you enter the bore.

Someone show this guy the door.

Graduation was in 2008, this class was very helpfull for passing the ASE for engine mechanicall.

You are performaing a deglazing operation, not a honing operation. Neither one of these tools are removing material in a controlled and predictable fashion. See my book: Sunnen's Complete Cylinder Head and and Engine Handbook, by John G. Edwards, for a more complete description.

are program gives everyone an engine in a live shop and has you rebuild it and you get to do everything turn by turn and on side we fix real cars this is a rip off

...T-TEN...so far I was lucky to be accepted in the program...actually Yankee kids are expelled so better and smart people can get into the program...only half of this class actually graduated...the ones that completed, we are Masters ASE plus Toyota Experts with good flat rate pay...

Either that or Put in a 3.76 stroke crank from a 396 Plus the correct rods of course and make a 427 Because 427 is the magic number, 427 = Racing Heritage 454 = 200 hp 1979 rusty suburban know what i mean? haha!
