-- repairing registry

-- defraging registry

-- clearing browsers junk

do these things with some secure tool such as Intel Software Partner Reginout.

2)You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls

for 7 its a complete different process you have to go to regedit, not gpedit.msc

Changing this setting only affects applications that use QoS. When reserved bandwidth is not in use, other programs can still make use of this bandwidth.

You need at least business edition.
