Subhan Allah this shaykh is probably one of the most knowledgeable scholars in Madina currently he is from Mauratania North Africa, he is not married and engrosses himself in ilm. Even Shaykh Bin Baz RahimAllah sat in one of his classes but unfortunately he is disliked by many of the students of knowledge and fellow scholars alike as he speaks alot about the heart and his Arabic diction is eloquently excellent they try to attach the sufi badge to him.

how many shiqitis are there? i know there is the young sheikh muhammad hassan ad dido, muhammad salim ash shanqiti who passed away not too long ago, muhammad al amin ash shanqiti who taught tafsir in masjid nabawi and passed away in 1985, and who is this sheikh? hes real serious, barakallaahu feehu

@abuimani There are many Shinqitee. They are all from the country Mauritania, and they are all from the same tribe known as Shinqit. This is one of the most noblest of tribes left on earth, and every person from this tribe is a scholar of Islam, and if you are not a scholar and are from this tribe, it is a sort of disgrace.

actualy the sheikh is originaly from muritania from the tripe of shanaqidah. which are well known in muritania for knowledge. but he now resides in madinah and teaches the university.
