I think this show has potential here and there. I really like the special ability thing and how you get to know more about vampires. I only think the producers could have made some scenes somewhat stronger. Overall nice show!

this show came out in 2001, way before you little teenagers got into twilight. so despite you people saying there are "like there are sooo many similarities", take that into account, and the fact that Edward is an old name, so it makes sense for that to be more than one vampires witht hat name. God, Twilight has ruined so much...

This show has no sense at all. They say that vampires are loners, but all the vampires have decided to go into two groups, fury and elders. Thats just stupid. They keep saying how important the experiment is, but then they keep threatening to shut it down over every little thing. The writers of this show aren't even trying to write anything that makes sense. Thats why Twilight is so much better then this crap.

I think Murdoch has "Immortal Essence" which is someone given immortal like powers, an immortal like aura, usually given in exchange for something by an immortal. Also if someone who you perceive as a ghost says they are going to take you away, would you be happy? because they can take you to one of two places, and if they were in the paradise place, why would they be hanging around on Earth talking to a teenager, not related to them, okay!!
