@20Fari08 yeah- I learned over the years that the 'secret' to great skin is a facial given by a professional as well as a daily skin care regimen and stay hydrated. To get a nice body the 'secrets' are - participate in activities you enjoy such as rowing, fencing and etc, don't eat processed foods, frozen foods,and junk food. As for clothes, pay attention to the fabric. Nothing made of polyester or rayon. Cotton, linen, silk- they drape better
