you have the right ideas Franklin, but don't need another layer of bureaucracy on wall st. regulation. there are already regulators - clearly they didn't do their job, what makes you think more of them will fix anything?

@harvey101107 Well if your talking about the fed? Allan Greenspan said he didnt even in believe regulating fraud and that markets would "work it out." If the your boss says they don't care why would they? The right puts in people in government to make government in affective and then says its the governments fault. If we got a strong CPA then the regulators wouldn't work at the fed & would be objective, thats what wall street & Fox News Do not want.
