In 2004 the London-based Times Higher Education ranked Cal the 2nd leading research university in the world, just behind Harvard; in 2009 ranking tumbled to 39th. i hope i get accepted in 2010, i hear berkeley only accepts a small percentage of international students. and my GPA is only 3.56 since my school doesn't offer AP and honors courses
