@meb102277 you have to press the first option until it gone then the second option but dont delete your cookies and press the last option until the finish the level :D

OK guys, I just read all the comments about not getting an OCD for this level (which made me very worried just to let you know), so I decided to quickly try and do it myself. After doing 13 moves I got an OCD AFTER finishing chapter 4. The message did say that MOM wasn't in, but when it took me to the world map of chapter 4, the OCD flag just appeared! Maybe you have to finish this level with 13 moves as opposed to 7 or 8 moves.

No, that's wrong, because I OCD'd it the second time I played this level, but it was right after I finished it the first time. Maybe she goes away after finishing the whole chapter?
