Schools shouldnt be free. Cheaper, yes.I think people will work harder once they're paying for it. It's up to those that really want it to work for it. No need to raise taxes to get a bunch of students that lack motivation.

@BlazenBrian Here in Sweden we have free tuition for all swedes attending a University. It was completly free for all people even if you came from the other side of the world until just about a year ago. The sad thing about swedish colleges thou is that we dont have a collegeculture like in the US with athletics and clubs, a greek scene etc. I would gladly pay get a real university experience like you get in the US.

its not really faulty if you think about it...employers know which schools are serious and which schools are not. so if you attended harvard for example, employers know that you didn't just coast because harvard has serious standards. but i mean if u got your degree online then they may not acknowledge it because in that case you dont really know if they learned anything or not.
