It´s not allowed to pass on the right side on the during normal Tourist Days.
You have to use your indicator lights as sign that you have seen him and give him a chance to overtake you on the left.

Das sieht aus wie ADAC Classic oder Eifelrennen oder so, der Marshall ist wahrscheinlich normalerweise Bestandteil der VLN-Marshalls.
